With a featureset identical to Visual Nature Studio, with the exception of the GIS support that the more expensive product provides, WCS is ideal for those users who want the power of the 3D Nature product range without the need for multiple projections, coordinate systems, thematic maps, search queries and so forth. For those users who require fast gridding of large datasets, VNS is the only choice, as WCS suffers from a reduced speed of gridding the larger the dataset that you give it. VNS suffers no such limitation. Documentation World Construction Set includes the "Using WCS" printed manual and three CDs full of step by step training materials. For additional coverage of all of the features of WCS, the comprehensive Interactive Online Reference Manual is just a mouse click away. Extensive links let you easily explore what WCS can do. Availability WCS 6 is available for Windows 95/98/Me and NT/2000 and XP and MacOS9. You can order a full copy of WCS 6 or upgrade from any previous version of WCS Pricing £270 (£455 when purchased with Scene Express) Weblink |

Scene Express is an add on to World Construction Set 6 and Visual Nature Studio 2 that will allow users to export their projects for use in other formats. Users will be able to render their final scene in 3D Studio Max (other formats coming soon), create scenes for use in realtime applications like VRML, or even create physical solid models with Stereolithography technology. Scene Express will export terrain, textures, foliage, 3D objects, water, skies, basic fog and atmospheres and all other landscape elements. Adding Scene Express to the powerful landscape creation tools already found in WCS and VNS makes creating realtime environments from existing scenes as easy as clicking Export.
